This is a new Sauvignon Blanc from a new WA winery. Based in Margaret River, the winery is a group of growers from South Western Australia, including the renowned winemaking regions of Margaret River, Geographe Bay, Pemberton, Manjimup, and Blackwood Valley. Tired of their livelihood being controlled by large wine companies, they now make and sell their own wines, and we are happy to be working with them.This lovely Sauvignon Blanc has a small portion of Semillon blended, to add character and depth of flavour. It has delightful fresh ripe fruity aromas and flavours, and a zesty crisp dry finish.
