I taste a fair aount of wines each week and I have to say that when this arrived it was an absolute pleasure to taste. It was stunning. I have noticed that the 2008 vintage from Coonawarra is a real standout. This Cabernet has lovely amounts of dark fruit that stick to the sides of the palate and make them water. It is delicate and smooth with an excellent structure of tannins. Overall the wine is showing how good Coonawarra is and is a stunning example of a great Australian Cabernet Sauvignon.
