Our new South Australian sparkling white Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay fruit grown in Currency Creek and McLaren Vale. It has vibrant fruit on the palate, balanced by crisp dryness on the finish. It is made from a blend of fruit from the 2008 and 2009 vintages, hence the term NV (non-vintage).
