Kasteel Cru at the Taste of Edinburgh Festival

Next up on the taste buds was Kasteel Cru – a lager brewed in Alsace using champagne yeast to give it smaller bubbles and a lighter, sharper taste. The super cool lager served on a super hot day meant that Kasteel Cru was in its element and a hit with the crowd.
