A fresh and fruity Chardonnay with peachy fruit from the far south of Burgundy. This tiny amount of the rare Beaujolais Blanc is made from Chardonnay grown on limestone outcrops. Its crisp nectarine-fruit is delicious on its own or with fish and seafood, as well as chicken and light meats. In the press: "Think of Beaujolais and you think red and probably nouveau. This, though, is the comparatively rare white beaujolais, made from 100 per cent chardonnay from the region's primary producer, 60-year-old Cave des Vignerons de Bully.
