Winemaker, Stephane Vedeau, uses Chardonnay vines planted in mineral rich soils, cooled by an oceanic micro-climate for this elegant Languedoc white. It has a lovely freshness, creamy texture and aromas that evoke intense floral notes, citrus peel, vanilla, tangerine and honey. The palate is fresh with characteristic flavours of melon, apple, and honey and deliciously well balanced.

Era Prosecco is produced from organically grown Prosecco grapes (locally known as Glera) grown in the Valdobbiadene area around Treviso. This pale and delicate sparkling wine has fine bubbles and fresh aromas of green fruits, elderflower and honeysuckle. It is elegantly light, dry and well balanced.
