On the palate the Port is well-balanced and long on the finish. The port has been aged for 10 years in barrel.Baro de Vilar Ruby Port Red fruits and wood on the nose, this delicious Ruby Port is rich with flavours of sweet dried cherries, plum and raspberry. It also offers a touch of spice on the finish, which is long and pleasant.Baro de Vilar Colheita 1999This Colheita 1999 is dark ruby red in colour with hints of brown. The smooth and nutty nose is elegant and mature. On the palate, this Port offers cooked fruit, caramel, almonds, raisins and a hint of vanilla. This 1998 is overwhelmingly long on the finish.
