Located near the remote town of Horta St. Joan where Picasso used to paint, the mountains of the up-and-coming Terra Alta region in northern Spain are blessed with plenty of sunlight, warm days and cool nights. This excellent climate means that the white Macabeo (known as Viura in Rioja) and Chardonnay grapes give deliciously intense, fresh fruit flavours.
