The aroma reminds me of the Malbec we used to get from a fancy estate in Cahors. Except this doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. And you always had to keep the Cahors many years to soften up. This is very easy to drink now - certainly very nice with today’s Cumberland Sausage! And glad to see its from that co-operative of small growers ( you know my fondness for such co-ops!)
