Shaw & Smith 2007 Sauvignon Blanc
This is perhaps becoming the flagship wine of an excellent, well-managed vineyard. Although famed for their M3 Chardonnay, Shaw & Smith’s 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is one of the best of its variety which has come out of Australia in recent years.
