Our specialist Italian Buyer was greatly impressed by this particular wine from the 11th century Tordimonte estate because it offers the same full-flavoured fresh and nutty character of Orvieto minus the hefty price this famous name carries. Light golden colour with subtle toasted almond zesty lemon and floral aromas. Fresh dry and ripe it’s perfectly suited to local specialities such as Prosciutto di Norcia (a quality cured ham) or freshwater fish and garden-fresh salads.
